Allina Health Emergency Medical Services (AHEMS), with nearly 80,000 ambulance calls each year, is a regional leader in providing state-of-the art emergency and medical transport services. *Responsibilities

 

This position will assist the dispatch manager in overseeing the daily operations of the emergency dispatch center. They are responsible for shift supervision of all aspects of the work done by dispatchers in the center. This includes work flow assignments, call taking and dispatching, ambulance deployment, large scale event coordination, communication to all leadership, filling same day PTO openings.

*Education

 

High school grad or GED. Current NAEMD certificate required. EMT or Paramedic preferred.

*Qualifications/Skills

 

3 years EMS dispatch experience required. Prior supervisor experience preferred.

Day, evening, nights, holidays, every other weekend.
