Job Title: Operations & Education Coordinator

Location: Two Harbors

Employment Type: Full Time

Starting Pay: $15.00 – $18.00/hr

Scheduled Hours/week: 40

Shift: Days

License Requirement: Current EMT-Basic or Paramedic required. Current National Registry certification preferred. Current CPR, and current ACLS & PALS (for Paramedic certification)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an EMT or Paramedic, Training and Education experience in the classroom and in the field.

Education Required: Associate’s degree or higher in the health related field is preferred.

Job Description: To coordinate and/or deliver monthly and yearly training requirements, collaborate with local agencies for coordinated training events. Ensure ambulances and equipment is in good working order. Responsible for building and grounds maintenance. Ensure that essential processes of the service are functional and efficient. Respond to ambulance calls as needed.
