Alicia received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Public Health from the University of Minnesota. After graduating, Alicia started working at Hennepin EMS, a few months before the onset of COVID-19. She trains incoming dispatchers (CTO) and acts as a communication resource lead (CRL).
Alicia also just recently graduated from the University of Minnesota again with a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology and graduate minors in Global Health and Climate Change & Health.
