Tony Schmidt has been a paramedic at North Memorial Ambulance – Douglas County for 18 years. Tony holds the roll of Paramedic and Lead FTO. Tony contributes to the high performance within the Douglas County region.

Tony is heavily involved within our Lakes Area EMR program. He has created and delivered education opportunity for over 100 fellow EMS responders. His contribution through education for EMS providers as well as community members has enhanced the ability to provide unmatched patient care within our region.  His education has empowered rural EMS departments through strengthened knowledge and understanding. He continues to be an available resource to any questions they may have.

When Tony is not providing outstanding care to patients you will find him building and flight Balsa with glow engines. Tony also enjoys the water. From boating with his family on the weekend to SUBA Driving any chance he gets.
