  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge of our Emergency Data Systems application and its various modules
  • Develop an understanding of the business processes ImageTrend products support
  • Manage client accounts throughout the entire implementation life cycle, including project initiation, technical implementation, custom development, business analysis and consulting for optimal results
  • Ensure client is provided with in-depth, initial knowledge of customer products and services
  • Work with clients to outline the project scope and business and technology requirements; set expectations and goals, due dates and deliverables, to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide education and guidance on product usage to internal staff and customers
  • Provide ideas and input into new product functionality
  • Contribute to the publication of technical product documentation
  • Provide client support including issue assessment and resolution


  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years of customer service experience supporting software product base
  • Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
  • Must have excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills to be able to offer multiple solutions to technical and operational problems and challenges
  • Proven track record of working with customers via telephone to build relationships and positive outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills to multi-task and interact with multiple customers over the course of a day
  • Background in EMS/Fire preferred but not required
  • Previous working knowledge of ImageTrend products preferred
  • Ability to work independent of supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
